4. How We Use Information

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data under lawful business purposes, contractual necessity, consent, and compliance obligations under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. Training Program Data Processing

Unlike a managed campaign service, our training program is delivered to your team, and your team runs its own outbound system during and after the program. Where we access your business information for onboarding, demonstration, or coaching purposes during the 75-day program, that access is limited to the agreed training scope, is never repurposed for unrelated engagements, and is deleted, returned, or archived securely once the program concludes. We do not operate or retain ongoing access to your outbound systems, calendars, or client data after your team has taken over execution, unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may only be shared with trusted service providers, software platforms, or legal authorities when operationally necessary or legally required.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as operationally necessary, contractually relevant, or legally required. Program communication and coaching records may be retained temporarily for quality assurance, guarantee verification, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.

9. Security Measures

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. While no system is completely immune to risk, security remains a continuous priority.

10. International Transfers

If our tools, vendors, or systems process information outside India, we take commercially appropriate steps to ensure reasonable safeguards are maintained.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or withdrawal of consent regarding your personal data.

12. Cookies & Analytics

We may use cookies, analytics tools, and performance technologies to improve functionality, measure traffic, and enhance user experience. You may manage cookie settings through your browser.

Our services are not directed toward individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
