Where we access your business information for onboarding, demonstration, or coaching purposes during the 75-day program, that access is limited to the agreed training scope, is never repurposed for unrelated engagements, and is deleted, returned, or archived securely once the program concludes. We do not operate or retain ongoing access to your outbound systems, calendars, or client data after your team has taken over execution, unless separately agreed in writing.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may only be shared with trusted service providers, software platforms, or legal authorities when operationally necessary or legally required.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as operationally necessary, contractually relevant, or legally required. Program communication and coaching records may be retained temporarily for quality assurance, guarantee verification, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.
